Our Freelance Translators & Interpreters professional indemnity insurance scheme has been carefully crafted to meet specific demands and needs of 'Freelancers' who provide a service as a translator, interpreter, police court interpreter, sign language interpreter or any other linguist service.
The scheme is insured with AIG Europe Ltd and provides affordable premiums, low excess levels and broad world-wide policy cover.
The scheme operates with a common renewal date of 1 May and for 2012 only will provide cover for 18 months up to 31 October 2013.
Freelancers may join the scheme at anytime but must be aware that cover will run until 31 October 2013, however, depending when you join there may be a reduced premium as follows:
Join the scheme before 01 August 2012 you will pay 100% of the premium.
Join the scheme between 01 August 2012 and 31 December 2012 you will pay 75% of the premium.
Join the scheme between 01 January 2013 and 31 October 2013 you will pay 50% of the premium.
Those who join the scheme will be offered renewal terms from 1 November 2013.
