We have issued a number of bulletins going back to summer 2015 which have provided a focus primarily for Civil and Structural Engineers involved in basement conversions or builds, whether as a new build or in providing professional services for those seeking to increase their own business, letting or living space.

In this article, we look at the potential sale of these properties further down the line and whilst aimed primarily at conveyancing solicitors, we do highlight one or two areas where the whole team involved in the original work might wish to give consideration given the potential issues that might come to light at a later date.
