Have lessons been learned from the Property Crash?

Having happened in the 1990s and 2008, its immediate aftermath saw a repeat scenario where many surveyors and valuers found themselves facing litigation from both property owners/developers and funders, all seeking to plug their own losses from that crash.

This impact was initially felt within the residential sector, with an increasing number of claims in more recent years then emanating from the commercial sector. The latter looks like it will take some time yet before that market feels to have settled down.
